A judge ruled that Florida's social services agency cannot intervene to delay the removal of the feeding tube keeping brain-damaged Terri Schiavo alive.
Judge Greer considers receiving food and water through a gastric tube being kept alive artificially.And starving a person to death as honoring that person's wishes instead of cruelly and inhumanly punishing them.Judge Greer refused to cooperate with the Florida Department of Children and Families' plan to investigate allegations of abuse and neglect of Terry Schiavo attributed to Terri's husband, Michael.
