Wilma's Aftermath

The power did come on wednesday but then was off by lunch time thursday...........and it has not returned since............no complaints.....being prepared,calm and taking the initiative go a long way.............im on generator power right now.........school is supposed to start up again this week ...........all the neighbors are sticking together.........I heard the President came by some days ago......gas stations are opening,....I haven't seen any video or pics of the keys but sources told me there was extensive flooding (8 ft storm surge) after the hurricane past through there.....it later receded back into the ocean which was great news......as for here in Miami.....not too much water associated with Wilma but definitely devastating winds....we have been under curfew since the storm hit and police are everywhere on the roads......many arrests have been made involving individuals in the bussiness district violating curfew......for the most part if you have a valid reason(work etc) you will not be arrested.........long story short we are on lockdown and cabin fever has set in muahahahaha : ) cyaaaaaaaaaaaa thanx for the generator power sargini:hurricane hero..........
