Search under way for missing Pennsylvania District Attorney

BELLEFONTE, Pa. Authorities are searching central Pennsylvania for a prosecutor who was reported missing after he failed to return home from a drive on Friday.Police say Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar had taken the day off and was last heard from on a cell phone call at about 11:30 a-m. He said he was en route to another county.Authorities say the 59-year-old D-A didn't return home that night and hasn't called his home or office since then. And they say there's been no activity on his cell phone or credit cards.

Update: D.A. Ray Gricar Still Missing

Gricar has not been heard from since 11:30 a.m. Friday, when he called Fornicola and said he was taking a drive along state Route 192 in the Brush Valley area.The red and white Mini Cooper he was driving was found in a dirt parking lot next to an antiques market in Lewisburg Saturday evening. It was undamaged, and yielded no clues as to Gricar's whereabouts.Bellefonte Police Chief Duane Dixon said a multitude of police agencies are involved in the investigation, including the FBI, which has been asked to help local police access details about Gricar's cell phone and banking records.
