Makati guards undergo anti-terror training

Makati’s Sangguniang Pan-lungsod has passed an ordinance that will require all private security agencies and guards in Makati to undergo mandatory training on safety, security and disaster management as part of the requirement before they can be granted permits to operate in Makati. This is a good step and we hope that all cities in Metro Manila adopt a similar requirement.
