Girl, 17, seized at mall, raped
A 17-year-old Tamarac girl told police she was abducted from the parking lot of the Coral Square mall and raped, Coral Springs police said Saturday.
The girl, whose name is being withheld because of the nature of the crime, told police she went to the mall at 9469 W. Atlantic Blvd. about 7 p.m. Friday to pay her cellphone bill.Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Detective Ken Clark at 954-346-1300 or CrimeStoppers at 954-493-8477.More info will be posted as it becomes available.

People have to be aware of their surroundings. God only knows how long this guy had been watching this girl. I have to say especially woman and I am one too. We get so caught up in other things when we are getting in and out of our cars that we don't realize who or what is going on around us. Please be careful and spread the word for people to be more aware.
