The saying a picture tells a thousadn words comes to mind. New Orleans is such a beautiful & vibrant city. I hope it will be rebuilt again.

i thought exactly the same thing as i was posting the pics.....as i watched the toons i couldnt help but break down into tears...this is so dam sad
