NEW YORK -- A man being questioned for jury duty found himself in trouble with the law when he referred to a kidnapping suspect as a "scumbag."

Unfortunately, I was also fined the last time I referred to a judge in court as a "douche bag." Inasmuch as she was female, I thought it the appropriate alternative to "scum bag." Of course, I was drunk at the time, so I might have been incorrect.
