Paris Hilton Engaged To...Paris

Perhaps the biggest question on everyone's mind now is: What kind of wedding present is appropriate for a pair of twentysomething mega-millionaires?A spokesperson for Paris Hilton confirmed on Monday that the 24-year-old hotel heiress/queen of all media is engaged to her boyfriend of eight months, Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis, 27.People magazine broke the news on their Web site Monday, and Hilton spokesperson Rob Shuter said the pair are "happy and excited" about the announcement, according to The Associated Press. Latsis proposed to Hilton on Wednesday after "The Simple Life" star returned from a three-week European publicity tour to pump her horror flick remake, "House of Wax" and her new fragrance. It will be the first marriage for both. The couple had an engagement barbecue on Saturday for 75 friends and family at their Hollywood Hills home.
