Youths charged with arson in huge Ontario fire

COBOURG, ONT. - Police have charged a 16-year-old and a 12-year-old with arson in a plastics factory fire earlier this week that forced the evacuation of part of a southern Ontario town and caused millions of dollars in damages.A 12-year-old boy and a 16-year-old male each face one charge of arson endangering life in the fire on Monday.Crews from at least four fire departments battled the fire for hours before getting it under control. The town declared a state of emergency and hundreds of people fled homes, businesses and schools, fearing toxic chemicals.
