Sacramento Teaching Intern Arraigned On Sex Charges

Margaret de Barraicua, a 30-year-old teaching intern at a Sacramento high school who's accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student, appeared before a judge Monday.De Barraicua has been charged with four counts of statutory rape.
