Lawsuit claims Blockbuster's new late fee policy is deceptive

BlockBusted...If it seems too be to good to be true, it probably is...New Jersey Attorney General Peter Harvey filed a lawsuit against Blockbuster claiming the company has been misleading customers by charging other fees hidden in the fine print.
