As many know but some refuse to process is the fact that under hurricane winds tornado threats rain and the dangers involved emergency personnel do not have to respond to foolish situations created by people like the surfer who dove off a pier during Hurricane Frances and required a rescue.But yet duty calls and hopefully not to the detriment of those requiring real rescues..........slackers @ least go out in a v8 or a ride w/ 4x4.............. Rain and wind here in Miami has really slowed down.........
